  2. Advised the Board of Control for Cricket in India (“BCCI<\/b>“) on the tendering of media rights for the Indian Premier League (“IPL<\/b>“) for more than USD 6 billion, making it the second most valued sporting league in the world in terms of per-match value.<\/li>\n
  3. Advised Tata Steel Limited on the merger involving seven of its subsidiary\/associate entities (out of which four are listed entities) into Tata Steel Limited.<\/li>\n
  4. Advised GRUH Finance (a subsidiary of HDFC Limited) on its merger with Bandhan Bank, one of the largest deals in the financial services sector, with a combined market cap of USD 12 billion.<\/li>\n
  5. Advised a group of private sector banks on its acquisition of a stake in Yes Bank pursuant to a Scheme of Reconstruction notified by the central government under the Banking Regulation Act.<\/li>\n
  6. Advised Revalyu Recycling (India) Limited on its acquisition by Heraeus Holding GmbH, a global Fortune 500 company.<\/li>\n
  7. Advised Infinix group and its promoters (an AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle solutions provider) with respect to the primary equity investment by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (“KKR<\/b>“) and Norwest Venture Partners in Infinix.<\/li>\n
  8. Advised Ind Swift Laboratories Limited and its promoters on the sale of its API and CRAMS businesses for Rs 1650 crores to IndiaRF.<\/li>\n
  9. Advised OfBusiness (backed by SoftBank and Tiger Global), a raw material procurement and financing platform for small and medium enterprises, in relation to its acquisition of 100% stake in Koeleman India from Koeleman Foods International B.V.<\/li>\n
