Valli is part of the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Capital practice of the Firm and is based in Bengaluru.

She has over 10 years of experience and specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving intricate structures and multiple stakeholders. She advises on deals across a range of industry sectors, such as fintech, AI, SaaS, e-commerce, FMCG, real estate, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, defence, agritech, healthcare and pharma, etc. and across jurisdictions such as India, USA, UK, Europe, and Singapore. She has been involved in structuring various domestic and cross-border transactions and advises clients on various complex mergers and acquisitions, growth capital and early-stage investments, general corporate advisory, transactional matters, and shareholder disputes.
