Tushar is a part of the Corporate and M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital practice in Bengaluru.<\/p>\n

He has over a decade of experience advising a host of domestic and international venture capital funds, private equity funds, multinational corporations and founders on fundraises, investments, exits, joint ventures, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate structuring, employment and regulatory issues.<\/p>\n

Tushar\u2019s practice is particularly focused on technology-driven businesses. He advises clients across a diverse range of sectors, including fintech, SaaS, edtech, gaming, insurance, automotive, financial services, neo-banking and energy on mandates ranging from early-stage capital raises and business structuring to exits.<\/p>\n

He is known for his hands-on, commercially pragmatic and solutions-driven approach to transaction execution.<\/p>\n
