With a decade of experience in commercial disputes practice, Priyanka specializes in succession and testamentary matters, arbitrations, mediations, insolvency, real estate and commercial laws. Priyanka\u2019s experience spans representation in the High Court, City Civil, DRT, NCLT\/NCLAT and other judicial authorities, for clients across various industries, including banks, construction companies, pharmaceuticals, offshore investment funds amongst others.

  • Successfully represented an offshore investment fund in its insolvency proceedings against various debtors involved in construction business in NCLT\/NCLAT as well as the Supreme Court.<\/li>\n
  • Succeeded in representing ICICI Bank in their arbitration against a business correspondent on GST issues.<\/li>\n
  • Advised and represented Damati Plastics in its dispute against a Chinese based manufacture before the Hon\u2019ble Bombay High Court.<\/li>\n
  • Representing a pharmaceutical company before the Delhi High Court against a notification issued by the Drugs Controller General of India with respect to a fixed drug combination issue.<\/li>\n
  • Representing Thermax Limited in their disputes against government entities.<\/li>\n
  • Represented Ashoka Concessions Limited in an arbitration against L&T infrastructure in Chennai for disputes with respect to a highway infrastructure project.<\/li>\n
