He has represented a wide range of investors, founders, and companies at different stages of growth, across several domestic and cross-border transactions. He regularly advises clients in the sectors of e-commerce, ITeS, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, financial services, financial technology, insuretech, artificial intelligence, and others. He also has wide experience in advising his clients in relation to business and commercial contracts, structuring, collaborations, externalizations, internalizations, and exits.<\/p>\n\n

  • Advised Spinny on its acquisition of Gomechanic.<\/li>\n
  • Advised Glassbox, a brand consulting company on its acquisition by Komerz (UK).<\/li>\n
  • Advised Accel on its investment in Stanza Living as a part of the company\u2019s USD 32 Million Series E funding round.<\/li>\n
  • Advised a leading Indian company which operates an online platform that facilitates buying and selling of used cars and undertakes certain other ancillary businesses, in relation to their recent ~USD 160 Million Series F funding round and ~USD 128 Million Series G funding round.<\/li>\n
  • Advised a large group of companies in the quick commerce space in relation to reverse flip (where the holding company in Singapore merged with its Indian subsidiary through a court approved process), including drafting of the scheme of amalgamation and related documents.<\/li>\n
  • Advised a non-resident VC fund in relation to the reverse flip of its portfolio entity \u2018Groww\u2019 (where the holding company in the USA merged with its Indian subsidiary through a court approved process), and assisted in finalization of the scheme of amalgamation, implementation of the merger, and related documents.<\/li>\n
  • Advised Multiples, a leading PE fund, in a partial exit from Vastu Housing Finance. The transaction involved multiple steps, purchase agreements and tax indemnification agreements between resident and non-resident stakeholders, as well as anti-trust approval from the Competition Commission of India.<\/li>\n
  • Advised Mystifly, a company providing product-as-a-software (\u2018PaaS\u2019) solutions for airline content, in relation to complex software escrow arrangement, software licensing, servicing and related arrangements, and multiple rounds of fundraising, including financial invesments by CSVP, a leading VC fund, and a significant strategic investment and business arrangement involving a leading NY- headquartered global business transformation and services company.<\/li>\n
  • Advised Ripplr, providing \u2018Distribution as a Service\u2019 to FMCG brands in relation to their ~INR 230 Crores Series C funding round.<\/li>\n
  • Advised Mihup in relation to various commercial contracts, including for providing certain AI services to its clients.<\/li>\n
  • Advised an ed-tech company and its founders in relation to its acquisition of the company by a non-resident, through sale of all the shares of the company.<\/li>\n
  • Advised Chiratae, a leading VC fund, in relation to its composite portfolio sale, involving 8 different portfolio entities, to Madison Capital, a leading global PE fund.<\/li>\n
  • Advised Licious and its founders in relation to Series F and F1 rounds of fund raising from investors such as Temasek and Multiples (leading PE funds), including assisting the Company through a legal vendor due diligence exercise.<\/li>\n
