Ankit is a Partner in the Corporate department of the Firm, with a primary specialisation in private equity & venture capital financings and M&A transactions. He has significant experience representing both investors and companies in financings and acquisitions of every stage, size, and type. With many years of experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, he also understands the complexity and bespoke nature of structured M&As and growth equity financings.
Ankit also regularly counsels emerging high growth companies on a broad range of legal and business issues relating to governance, restructurings (including flips/ reverse flips), acquisitions, strategic partnerships/ joint ventures, shareholder and founder disputes and exits, data privacy, and regulatory and corporate advisory matters. He has a well-rounded practice across a variety of industries, including new-age sectors such as fintech, gaming, SAAS, artificial intelligence, climate, consumer internet, web3 and health tech as well as traditional sectors such as financial services, industrials, defence, chemicals, and FMCG. Ankit has been recognized and recommended by multiple industry publications such as Legal 500, ALB, etc.
