Neha has over 14 years of experience and she advises various venture capital and private equity firms and multinational corporations across corporate commercial matters including, transactions, contract drafting and negotiations, regulatory advisory and compliances. She regularly advises clients on cross-border transactions across India, Singapore and US. Further, she has extensive experience in representing clients in sectors such as IT & ITES, retail, healthcare, e-commerce, broadcasting, hospitality, real estate and artificial intelligence. Neha’s focus areas also include laws relating to data privacy and intellectual properties and matters relating to employment laws.
Neha completed her LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, India.
