The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) is moving a total of 56 (fifty-six) forms under the Companies Act, 2013 from the MCA21 V2 Portal to the V3 Portal. The transition will be affected in two tranches:
In 2022, the MCA had transitioned 9 (nine) company forms and all LLP forms to the V3 portal, which will also be suspended between January 7 - 8, 2023 and January 21 - 22, 2023.
On January 5, 2023 the MCA has clarified that Form PAS-3 (Return of Allotment), which was a part of Tranche 2, will be available on the V2 Portal till January 19, 2022. In view of foregoing, it is advised to ensure that all service requests pending payment or resubmission are resolved and all corporate actions pending filings with the MCA are undertaken in a timely manner.
Please find attached a copy of the list of the company forms to be transitioned to the V3 Portal.
