- Advised HDFC Limited on its merger with HDFC Bank to create India’s second-largest bank, marking India’s largest-ever public M&A transaction valued at USD 60 billion.
- Advised the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on the tendering of media rights for the Indian Premier League (IPL) for more than USD 6 billion, making it the second most valued sporting league in the world in terms of per-match value.
- Advised Tata Steel Limited on the merger involving seven of its subsidiary/associate entities (out of which four are listed entities) into Tata Steel Limited.
- Advised GRUH Finance (a subsidiary of HDFC Limited) on its merger with Bandhan Bank, one of the largest deals in the financial services sector, with a combined market cap of USD 12 billion.
- Advised a group of private sector banks on its acquisition of a stake in Yes Bank pursuant to a Scheme of Reconstruction notified by the central government under the Banking Regulation Act.
- Advised Revalyu Recycling (India) Limited on its acquisition by Heraeus Holding GmbH, a global Fortune 500 company.
- Advised Infinix group and its promoters (an AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle solutions provider) with respect to the primary equity investment by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and Norwest Venture Partners in Infinix.
- Advised Ind Swift Laboratories Limited and its promoters on the sale of its API and CRAMS businesses for Rs 1650 crores to IndiaRF.
- Advised OfBusiness (backed by SoftBank and Tiger Global), a raw material procurement and financing platform for small and medium enterprises, in relation to its acquisition of 100% stake in Koeleman India from Koeleman Foods International B.V.
- Advised HDFC Limited (now merged with HDFC Bank) on its agreement to sell 10% of the fully diluted paid-up share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, HDFC Capital Advisors, to an affiliate of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
