Argus Partners advises Whiteboard Capital Fund in ApnaKlub’s Series A fundraise of $16 million
Argus Partners has acted as the legal counsel to Whiteboard Capital Fund in relation to its participation in USD 16 million Series A funding round of Octopolis Technologies Private Limited, which operates a B2B platform for FMCG products under the brand ‘ApnaKlub’.
The Series A funding round was led by TrueScale Capital and ICMG Partners and also, witnessed participation from Flourish Ventures, Sequoia Capital India’s Surge and Blume Ventures apart from Whiteboard Capital.
According to ApnaKlub, the funds will be used to enhance a digital platform for kirana store owners and wholesalers in tier-2 and tier-3 cities to purchase goods and services.
The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Bhalaik, Jitendra Soni (Partners) and Kopal Agarwal (Associate).
