Anushkaa is a part of the Corporate and M&A practice in Mumbai. She started her career with the Firm in 2022.
As a part of the team, her core areas of focus are mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions across sectors. She is also involved in conducting legal due diligence as well as drafting transaction documents.
Anushkaa graduated with a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2022.
