Ekta is a part of the Disputes practice in Delhi. She joined the firm in 2014.
She has been working in the areas of intellectual property rights, consumer, dispute resolution, recovery and competition law. She has drafted petitions under arbitration, design and trademark matters, writ petitions challenging constitutionality of provisions under competition law and tender matters and special leave petition in consumer matters.
She regularly appears in matters before the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts, various consumer fora and other quasi-judicial authorities.
Ekta has done her BA.LLB (Hons) with energy specialization from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun and thereafter done her masters in Intellectual Property Rights in Delhi. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
