Rohan is part of the Banking and Finance, Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Mumbai. He started his career at the Firm in 2022.
He is tasked with undertaking transactional due diligence and drafting. His primary areas of interest include mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and competition law.
Rohan completed his B.A. LL.B. from Jindal Global Law School in 2022.
