Ranjit has over 20 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He has advised on a wide range of contentious matters relating to commercial issues, government tenders, banking & finance, real estate. He has represented clients in various courts and tribunals across India which includes the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Bombay, Delhi, Goa, Madhya Pradesh and tribunals.
Ranjit’s area of expertise includes advising on pre-litigation strategies, civil and commercial litigation, arbitration (both domestic and international) including enforcement of foreign awards and issues relating to choice of law, choice of jurisdiction and conflict of laws. His core area of practice also involves advising and representing financial institutions and business organizations on issues arising under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. He also advises on multi-jurisdictional litigation cases.
Ranjit graduated from Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai. Prior to joining the Firm, Ranjit headed the dispute resolution practice of Hariani & Co. and Juris Corp.
